The following article I came across breaks down the fat loss war,  that can be fought by everyday people with limited time(s) to train in order of hierarchy or importance.  What I found most interesting about it was how much a shorter intense workout affects your fat loss and body composition, than hours & hours of cardio.  Research studies are included in the article that back up the claim.   Shorter, more intense workouts have more  of an affect on your fitness than longer ones?
